Photo Cred: Vegard Skjefstad<\/p><\/div>\n<p>Over the past few years the WordPress community in Norway has gone from (basically) nonexistent to a thriving community.<\/p>\n<p>It&#8217;s hard to believe it&#8217;s been almost 4 years since the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.meetup.com\/Oslo-WordPress-Meetup-Group\/events\/17177328\/\" target=\"_blank\">first WordPress Meetup took place in Norway<\/a>. And shortly after, we were pleased to announce<a href=\"http:\/\/2012.norway.wordcamp.org\/\" title=\"WordCamp Norway 2012\" target=\"_blank\"> the first WordCamp in Norway<\/a> which was a huge success!<\/p>\n<p>Since then, we&#8217;ve continued to grow from our roots in Oslo and there are now <a href=\"http:\/\/www.meetup.com\/find\/?keywords=wordpress+norway&amp;radius=Infinity&amp;userFreeform=Oslo%2C+Norway&amp;sort=default\" target=\"_blank\">3 official WordPress Meetups in Norway<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Every year since, the WordPress community here in Norway gathers together to learn more about WordPress, get to know one another better and most of all have a great time.<\/p>\n<p>You should definitely join us for this year&#8217;s WordCamp!
